What is the process for TDAC group applications and confirming group member details?
THIM and TDAC notice
Need a clearer THIM and TDAC explanation? Read the THIM guide on thim.in.th.
Does anyone have experience of TDAC using the group application option? I’ve read the how to guides, but it’s not clear what happens with other group members confirmations. Do they get sent to the main applicants email, which we then share with the other person/s? Or do we need to pass immigration together, showing both/all confirmations on the applicants phone?
Answer summary
The group application for TDAC allows all members to fill in details like arrival dates and flight information together, indicating that they will likely arrive on the same flight. Confirmations for all group members are linked to the main applicant's email, but it's advised that all members arrive together at the immigration counter, each equipped with their own individual TDAC confirmations.

A group application saves all the information (arrival date, flight, accommodation etc.) and you just add the specific information (name, passport) so you will be arriving together

the expect the group to arrive on the same flight with you, and standing in front of the Immigratin counters together with you

Test it, just do a dummy group application with 2 guests

It's linked to passports. Surely you're arriving together if you're filling in the form for a group?
