How can I resolve the THIM app issue showing my boarding country as Scotland instead of the UK?

Cam anyone help. I have down loaded the THIM app and inputted all passengers, passport details , hotel, flights etc as it saves all details just leaving the health declaration for each passenger which I do 72 hours prior to arrival. I just went in to the app as was showing my son and on holiday details it says boarding country is Scotland!! I updated it 3 times clicking on United Kingdom but every time I update it i check back and it still says boarding country Scotland?? I can't find any help lines or contact details to enquire about this? It also says I'm Scottish and not British!! I've tried updating to GBR and British but still lists all passengers as Scottish and boarding country Scotland???

I got the same thing!! And I cannot figure out how to change it!! I have a British passport and nationality but it says I am Scottish!! Given up will just use the Internet site!

There is a bug in the TDAC app.
A week ago my profile was correct: British and country of residence : Germany. It now now changed it to Scottish and country as Scotland.

Hello Mellisa, do you live in UK? If you do, you only need to fill in that TDAC 72hrs before you arrive in Thailand. You're visa exempt, valid for 30 days, if u come from England/UK.

You don’t have to actually produce anything at immigration so I cannot see the point of using the app when the website performs the same role. Once done, you never have to look at it again.

THIM app worked perfectly for me. Inputted all details a couple of weeks before arrival. It then reminded me to do the Health Details within the 72 hours, which when completed gave me my TDAC. Arrived yesterday with no problems. And through Immigration at Suvarnabhumi in 10 minutes!

To use the DTAC: the application will only become effective starting in October.

Too many teething problems with that app and I've had the same trying to upload initial details.....use the TDAC option for now

Just use the official Thai TDAC site , and technically speaking you are boarding in Scotland not the UK as the UK is not a single country it is a conglomeration of Britain , Scotland , Wales and Northern Ireland

Forget the app. Delete it. You don't need it.
