TLDR : Answer Summary
The original inquiry discusses whether a 90-day report is necessary prior to departing Thailand on the 91st day. Responses from the community advise not to worry about filing the report, suggesting that it is generally not enforced when leaving the country.

I did one online but it was rejected because the hotel booked before departure had submitted a tm30 so my home address was not accepted. Same situation departing on day 91. I just emailed back and left it..
