Has anyone encountered repeated document requests from the Thai embassy, despite already submitting the required documents?

Balance letters seem to be tricky for some but it’s literally a button in my mobile app and I get one instantly with the date and time in pdf format.

Just do what they ask. Maybe they didnt get it or the doc's were not readable. What you asking here for. Do what the embassy requested exactly.

Just make very clear pdfs explaining the upload data. Page 1 detailed explanation of what it is and why that is the request, following pages the data asked for.

Make it impossible to not understand.

I've seen before they ask specifically for a selfie photo rather than a passport photo. I think they want to ensure it's actually recent and actually you. Balance confirmation letter is different from a statement, most banks should issue this if you ask them.

If they ask for something again you have already provided, I would just provide it again, in the order here. I'd try to think more in terms of "how can I fulfill this request as closely as possible" than "it's ridiculous" even if they are asking for stuff that is similar or already provided.

If there are specific things you find you CAN'T provide (say your bank doesn't issue a letter in that format) that is the time to start thinking of alternatives. And sometimes they will take something else. But I'd try to just follow the request list as closely as possible with the specific documents requested as a first pass.

They asked me so many documents again and again to the point that I almost gave up on them. But after sending all documents finally they approved my visa.

If you uploaded several PDF files ( eg bank statement) they will only be able to see One in each section. You need to combine multiple PDFs into a single continuous file before upload. There are apps available for laptop and mobile to do this. A pain, but unfortunately essential

I had exactly the same issue, so as stupid as it sounds I resent the exact same pdf and got approval.

I obviously don't know your case but check what you sent and most importantly all documents must be in one pdf not multiples.

Just send what they ask for. You can't use screen grabs for bank statements, you need to download PDF statements. For the bank letter they want you to get an official (stamped and signed) letter from your bank confirming the amount in your account

I'd say they want to see all those documents again.
