What is the best nearby embassy to go to when initially applying for the non-o visa ?
Thanks,
Kris
Answer summary
Kris is seeking information about the best nearby embassy for the initial application of a Non-O visa. The comments include discussions about entry duration, with one person noting that the passport is stamped for 180 days from the date of entry, which counts as day one. There are references to visa application experiences, particularly in Phuket, but the responses primarily focus on logistical aspects rather than specific embassy recommendations.

Nice one! Do you still have the same course running? Or did it end and you're just training on a monthly (sub) base, if at all? :)
.Currently training but the contract ended 2 week ago . resigning with a different Gym in Bangkok in October. Until then I pay per session ( 4 to 6 days a week trining). So re entry to Phuket after 9 month contract expired but no evidence asked for by IO.
This is the kind of DTV report that's actually useful because you've included the visa route, nationality, dates and entry point. Also interesting that Phuket was completely routine this time despite some of the recent reports from there. Individual entry reports aren't guarantees, but enough detailed ones like this start giving a much clearer picture than the rumours.
