There was a post recently discussing a foreigner being able to get a work permit based on his wife being a sole trader with no additional thai employees and he was allowed to assist in her business. I recall this had something to do with the wife filling in a particular form, can anyone confirm if this is correct because i think the thread may have been deleted?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether a foreigner can obtain a work permit to assist his Thai spouse who is a sole trader without employing additional Thai staff. There's some mention of necessary documentation and requirements, but clarity seems to be needed as the thread appears to have been deleted.

In case of marriage with the owner/sole trader you need only 2 Thai staff.
