Hi All,

I need to visit a Thai embassy outside of Thailand to apply for an education visa.

I heard some embassies are stricter than others (based on history and length in Thailand) and I have a 3 year history of education and tourist visas.

Any advice on which outside embassy is the easiest to get the visa approved?

TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on which Thai embassy outside Thailand is the easiest for applying for an education visa, considering their three-year history of education and tourist visas. A comment notes that obtaining an education visa may not be easy, emphasizing the requirement for full-time attendance and regular progress reports.

None will be easy. If you want an Ed visa you will be expected to attend the course full time and extend every 3 months with a progress and attendance report sent to immigration by the school.

thanks for the reply. I know all the requirements of the course etc. I'm just looking for personal experience of getting an Ed visa from outside, which consulates have been approving/declining recently.

The point is will you be a true student attending the required number of hours per week?

the answer to that is 'yes.' what makes you question if I will?

The point is actually regarding which consulates are denying Ed visa applications at the moment, and to see if anyone has had recent success at a particular consulate.

read the post mate. My concern is about the application being rejected due to a lengthy history in Thailand. It's a genuine application with a university. But cheers for the snarky comment. ๐Ÿ™

I don't think

was being "snarky". Just accurately cautioning about the recent crackdown on Educ. Visas.
