Can someone suggest me which country in South East Asia that process DTV workcation the fastest?

I own a US LLC and I'm employing myself to apply for the DTV. Can a "proof of stay" from a hotel can be used to apply as a "document indicating current location" in said country?

Thank you for your help.

Cheers.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation explores which Southeast Asian countries process DTV workcation applications the fastest, with many users pointing to Hanoi as the quickest option, often completing in less than a week. Vientiane is also mentioned as a viable alternative with similar processing times. Participants confirm that a hotel proof of stay can be used as a 'document indicating current location' for the application, suggesting to include various forms of documentation to minimize delays.

Pick a place where there is internet.

At least you can keep working during the application period.

NO need for extra stress if your application gets delayed as more documents are asked.

Hanoi - hands down the best in my experience (less than 1 week processing mid last year)

looking at 1-2 weeks in hanoi; 8 days total for me. for current location evidence i included my boarding pass into the city, my vietnam visa + stamp in passport, my airbnb reservation, and a photo of myself (time stamped + location) in front of said airbnb. i provided just about everything others have mentioned to avoid getting asked for additional documents. i’ve also heard 1-2 week turnovers in vientiane, but cannot speak from experience.

From what I’ve seen in most posts, Hanoi seems to be one of the faster options, and Vientiane is also mentioned pretty often. Processing times still vary though depending on workload.

For the “document indicating current location,” I think people usually use a hotel proof of stay / booking confirmation for where they’re currently staying, as long as it shows your name and dates.
