Where can I safely apply for a DTV as a digital nomad from Thailand?
Anyone had a DTV approved in the last week for a digital nomad route - where did they go? Heard Vietnam started denying them - is that true? I'm from UK currently in Thailand so looking for a safe place nearby to apply from.

When I applied last year, I did it in Ho Chi Minh City and it was approved the next day.

I had mine approved in Portugal two months ago and then my wife and sons approved in Hanoi a month ago. Hanoi was a lot quicker than Lisbon but may be due to it being sponsored dtv's

You heard wrong. If you are truly a digital nomad and can prove that you won't have a problem
