Hi there! I have received a reply to my email (the one that I sent to immigration asking about the documents to be brought for the COVD-19 extension), and there is nothing to worry about, except for one thing; they attached a document which is an affidavit in which I must tick 1 out of the 4 options; 1)It is not permitted to go back to my country because COVID-19 is still going on. 2)My embassy does no longer issue letters. 3)I cannot find any flights available. 4)Other options. My question is: Does it really matter the one I choose? Thanks. The thing is that they did not ask for the TM7.

So I could say they do not issue these letters. Even I could speak to them (my embassy) and to get their support just in case Immigration contacts them Although I do not think they will go that far, right? Or am I just being paranoid?

Yes. They should not have any problem with that, though. The safest option.

Get an email reply from your Embassy stating that they do not issue these letters

My immigration office is not Chaengwatthana but the one that is in a remote place. Office K. TM 30; yes, she did, but we have not received any reply yet. My embassy says that if I need the letter, they can issue it. But they said that the people who had applied for this extension were not required such letter.

Most Embassy's are no longer issuing the letters...

Most nation's still have a COVID problem.

Very few embassies will provide letters anymore, so that's likely the safest one since it's true.
