Can anyone confirm the documents needed to get the COVID-19 visa extension in Koh samui? I got the letter from the British embassy in Bangkok to stay my flights have been canceled.

Also, I heard you have to fill in special forms at the Thai immigration office in Thailand to extend? If so can I get these online to fill them out before to the embassy?

yeah, sorry but with 70+ immigration offices and each one doing their own thing document wise what we're not gonna do is have a thread that lists all the permutations of the document requirements :(

Post on a f/b page related to where you live in thailand, believe me you're far from the first foreigner to apply for that unable to travel due to covid-19 extension at the immigration offices that serves your area

If you can not find a flight out of this country and you have already had the Extension of Stay based on your visa exempt entry or tourist visa you have to apply at your embassy for a letter to state you can not find a flight out of this country on time.

With this letter you visit your local immigration office and apply for an extension of stay.

Contact your local Immigration Office and ask which documents you need. There are over 70 offices in Thailand and it is hard to keep track of which document each and every one need.

Yes I am fully aware of this and as i stated i have the letter from the embassy to state i cannot leave due to cancelled flights, the embassy is so busy so i would like to fill out the necessary forms to apply for the COVID-19 extension before hand.

I know you need copies of your bio passport page, visa expiry date, TM.7 but some people also say you need TM.8 and STM.2 but i am unsure if that's true?
