For fees the best is the TTB All Free account. Free ATM withdrawals at all ATMs in Thailand.

The best, to deal with for your visa is Bangkok Bank. My experience is that the majority of staff (if not all) speak English fluently to deal with any issues you may have.

Krung Sri and Kasikorn have the best banking apps.

Bangkok bank for ease of opening. I get a good interest rate as well. w/ATM. They will hassle you for about 30 minutes trying to sell you insurance but all you need to do is keep saying no.
