What are my options for obtaining a long-term visa for Thailand without sufficient funds in my bank account?

Good day all. Looking for some constructive advise, assistance / referral. In 2025, I visited Thailand a number of times using it as my base whilst conducting mainly business visits in Asia. I visited eight times and stayed over 120 days. Now that the rules have changed, due to the accrued time from last year, I don’t think I have any chance of getting a standard Visa. As I don’t know what my movements will be in the next 6 to 12 months, I want to get myself a six or 12 month Visa, but I don’t have the required amounts of funds sat in my bank account for the time period that either the six or 12 month Visa requires.

I’ve seen people post that they have been able to secure the six or 12 month Visa using a company that puts the money into your account for a period of time whilst the Visa process is completed. Is this actually a thing?

If so, I’m interested to find out more and be introduced to an established and trustworthy business/ agent that can take care of this.

Thanks very much in advance for your assistance and advice 🙏🏼

With new visa regulations and insufficient funds to meet the financial requirements, they inquire about options, including the possibility of using a service that temporarily holds funds in a bank account during the visa application process. Richard Wilson I have. They’re of the opinion I need a long term visa, this required having a certain amount in your account for a certain period of time.

If you are not actually doing business in Thailand but just using it as a base then get an METV. You can get nearly 9 months entry if you time it correctly

If you don’t mind, could I ask you a few quick questions?

What’s your age, where are you currently based, and can you share a short summary of your travel history in 2025?

This will help me understand your situation better and suggest the right visa options for you.

It sounds like a Non-B Business visa would be the best fit for you. There are different lengths available 3 months, 12 months multiple entry & 36 months multiple entry
