TLDR : Answer Summary
If you miss your 90-day reporting deadline in Thailand, you may incur a fine. The typical penalty for not completing the report is 2000 THB unless you are arrested. You have a 'grace period' of 7 days after the due date to complete the report without incurring a fine. If you report within that week, you should not be fined, provided you take care of it promptly. Additionally, reporting can be done online but only within specific time frames, and postal options exist as well. It's recommended to handle this as soon as possible to avoid complications.

This is the fine for failure to do a 90 day report. It is 2000baht unless you're arrested.

I was fined with 500 baht per day before for 23 days.

you were not fined for failing to do a 90 day report. That fine is a flat 2000baht.

Anyway 500 Baht fine per day is for overstaying, for reporting it is much less, if i can remember it was 200 Baht per day

that 200baht per day is IF you're arrested only

One week you have time . They don’t fined if you do within one week .

The 'window of opportunity' to use the online 90 program is from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE you actual due date.

I tried long time ago to do it online but it doesn't worked. Did they fix their website ? immigration.co.th ?

Not after the due date . .

There's a specific window for online 90day reporting to allow processing before the due date.
