Question on 90days reporting after yearly non oa extension.

Do i report 90days after the new non oa stamp? Ie if my new non oa stamp was done on May 25th, my reporting will be before Aug 25th, regardless of my last entry stamp of April 15.

Thanks in advance.🙏🙏
Answer summary
The 90-day reporting requirement is typically counted from your last report or entry date into Thailand, not from the date of a new visa stamp or extension. Even though you received a new Non-OA stamp on May 25, the reporting could still be based on your last 90-day reporting slip or entry stamp prior to that date, unless indicated otherwise by the immigration officer.

You don't have a non-OA visa anymore. By saying that, you're complicating things and making your question difficult to answer.

You have a retirement extension. That's it.

The 90 day report and the extension are 2 completely different things. Some immigration officers might do a new 90 day report when you get your extension, and some will not.

If the immigration officer did not put a new 90 day report slip inside of your passport when you received your extension, then they did not do a new report for you. You would then do it 90 days after your last report or your last entry to Thailand.

thanks, this is what confused me. My last extension (1yr ago) the officer specifically told me to do 90 days after the new stamp, but this time the officer did say anything or provide any paper.

Kenny Chu so you go from 90 days after your last report under the old extension (don't you have a slip in your passport?)

Graham Seal yes i have the slip from my last 90 days, but my oa extension is between the 90 days reporting, and i thought the extension (new stamp) would also reset the 90 report time.
