I currently have a Retirement extension of stay, obtained 2 months ago. My wife has her own Retirement Extension, which expires in September. Is it at all possible for her to :piggy back: on my Extension of stay.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the possibility of their wife 'piggybacking' on their Retirement Extension of Stay in Thailand. One comment suggested that the wife could change her visa status from a Retirement Extension to a Trailing Spouse visa, which is available for spouses of foreigners on a long-term extension. It's recommended that both individuals visit their local immigration office to obtain information on necessary documentation, including the legalization of their marriage certificate and other required paperwork.
