The due date for my 90 Day report is 15th March, does the 7 day grace period start counting from the 15th or 16th March. So is the last day I can report on the 21st or 22nd March? Thanks,

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 7-day grace period for the 90 Day report in Thailand starts on the due date, which is 15th March in this case. Therefore, the last day you can report without a penalty is the 21st of March.
