What was your experience with the Thai visa application process in Hanoi?

I'm so suprised my visa got approved yesterday (Sunday) after applying on the 23rd Jan in Hanoi! Technically less than 3 business days (because of Tet). I was really worried it wouldn't get approved in time for my flight out of here on the 6th. They didn't ask to see passport pages (apart from entry stamp the next day after application).

Great congratulations! Did you have invoices from the last 6 months? Because I have only 5 months of work invoices and I hope it’s not a big issue! Thanks

Hanoi has a fast turnaround around. I applied early morning on the 20th, request for docs 21st approved 24th. Would have probably been the 23rd had I not forgotten one document took an extra day to get.

that is a very good news, congratulations. It is hard to understand their schedules. That probably means some consular agents are working from home.
