Hello, I need help on the BIO application for a wealthy global traveller LTR Visa. I started my BIO application and it is asking for my property titles to be translated and notarized into Thai or English. Can anyone give some advice on getting this portion of the application done or should I just hire an agent?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete the BIO application for the LTR Visa, you will need to have your property titles translated and notarized. For translation, you can use services like Express Translation in Bangkok. Notary services are also readily available, and many users recommend searching through Google Maps to find a nearby notary. Alternatively, hiring an agent to assist with these tasks is a good option, and contacting your applying embassy may provide further resources.
