Hi everyone, I just got the email from ambassy, asking for Please provide your last 6 months of bank transactions and proof of a balance over 500,000 THB. The documents must be in English, notarized, and legalized. Has anyone experience this before for asking notarized and legalized bank statement? Is this for sure required?
Answer summary
A user has received a request from their embassy for six months of bank transactions and proof of a balance over 500,000 THB, with the documents needing to be in English, notarized, and legalized. They are seeking confirmation on whether this documentation is indeed required. One commenter agrees, noting that such requirements can vary by embassy, and specified that for certain embassies, like in Malaysia, it is definitely required.

If that is what they are asking for, I would assume it is required. Requirements vary by embassy. Which one are you applying via? If Malaysia, def. required
