Hello everyone! Could you please help me about COE? My friends travel and they will go to Turkey 3 days before they come to Thailand, so they basically fly from Turkey (quarantine, not Sandbox). Which country do they need to point in "Current location" - Turkey (country of departure) or they current location right now?

If you had some similar issues I would be glad to hear because I haven't find some proper info about it.
