TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling in your flight details for the Certificate of Entry (COE) to Thailand, you should enter the name of the airport where you'll be changing planes, not the country. For Qatar, you must specify Doha, which is the main airport in Qatar. If you're having trouble with the input, it could be due to entering 'Qatar' instead of the airport's name.

That's because Qatar isn't a port, it's a country. You'll be changing planes in DOHA.
