Have anyone experience with the one2go website and the Alliance insurance they offer. I had an extensive e-mail exchange with them about the insurance. Everything is looks okay I bought.. they sent me all the documents...
The website say "All our unique health and travel policy comes as standard with covid-19 coverage and have been approved by the Thai Embassy."
They sent a cover letter which contain "The insurance covers the reimbursement of medical expenses resulting from accidents or illness up to 150.000€/per year including Covid-19 in the limits of our general conditions"
I just checked the terms and condition and the policy but I can't find the wording in it what is says exactly Covid.
This will cause any problem? I just want to check everything twice because I'm flying on Sunday.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking insights about their travel insurance from Alliance offered on the one2go website, specifically regarding Covid-19 coverage. They have received documentation claiming coverage for medical expenses, including those related to Covid-19, but do not find specific mentions of this in the policy terms. A comment suggests that similar issues occurred with another user’s insurance where explicit mention of Covid-19 coverage was necessary for obtaining their Certificate of Entry (COE) into Thailand.
I've just finished COE and I got insurance off thai axa, I opened the attachments and put them on the coe website and was refused as didn't mention covid19 cover, I checked my email and the covid19 cover was on the email not the attachment so I printed off the covid19 cover and I've just got my coe, good luck
cheers. I have COE already. I used my Revolut and they accept. Just get other insurance because many company don't pay if you traveling from the UK. But in this case I'll use my Revolut and will use the other one only that occasion if I get covid.
