What should I upload for the ID card requirement when applying for a TR visa in Thailand?

Hi 

First Post here 

I am applying for TR visa 60 days on line through London 

My question is I am getting asked to upload hotel booking details and copy of passport or copy of thai id card from person inviting me to visit thailand . 

I uploaded screen shot of hotel but can't by pass ....the photo of id card .

I've emailed explaining I will book sandbox package with Royal Vacations nearer the dates because my preference is Hua Hin ....
