Should I use my home country address or my Bangkok address for the DTV visa application while in Thailand?

Hello,

The "address information" section of the DTV evisa application requires you to enter your home address. I am now in Bangkok on a TR visa and plan to fly to Hanoi for a DTV visa application. In that situation, which address should I fill out? Bangkok address or home country address?

FYI, i have TM30, my current apartment is contracted for the next four months.

Thank you for your guidance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out the 'address information' section of the DTV eVisa application, it is generally recommended to use your home country address, as you are applying from Thailand on a tourist visa (TR) and not from a permanent base in Thailand. Some applicants report successfully using their current Thai address, but using your home address ensures you comply with visa regulations.

Home country as you are not officially supposed to have a permanent address in Thailand as will be a tourist with the visa. I applied in Hanoi and used Home Country address for perm, Hanoi hotel for current and Thailand address for address in Thailand. Hope that helps

Many others have put their Thai address and been approved without issues

Home country address as you can't apply for the visa from within thailand.
