Hi I know Poipet has a bit of a reputation but can anyone provide feedback on re-entering back into Thailand on a DTV through Poipet. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
Re-entering Thailand on a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) through the Poipet border raises concerns due to its current reputation and border issues. Recent feedback indicates potential problems with crossing due to erratic open hours and large queues, and some users recommend avoiding the Poipet route until the situation stabilizes. It's suggested that re-entry with a DTV should be automatic, but travelers are advised to check the current border conditions carefully.

I doubt the Thai side will be flexing with the current situation. Would be crazy. If you're on a DTV should be automatic re-entry.

I would avoid Poipet at the moment. It closed early yesterday due to the current Cambodia-Thailand border issues. Many were left stranded on either side. It opened late today with large queues.

I think until the border situation stabilises you'd be best avoiding any of the Cambodian border crossings. At the moment that border is only open from 8am to 4pm on the Thai side. Times seem a bit more erratic on the Cambodian side
