I saw a post a few minutes ago that doesn't affect me at the moment, but is very interested. Apparently, a European has applied for a visa via the e Visa system. The man is Escaped via the electronic systems, so there is no exit stamp in the passport. The visa would be denied to him on the grounds that you are obviously still in Thailand because the stamp is missing. Are there already experiences here?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A European individual applied for a visa through Thailand's e-Visa system but faced a denial due to a missing exit stamp in their passport, leading to concerns about their current status in the country. Commenters suggest that the e-Visa system does not solely rely on exit stamps for proof of location and that electronic records should suffice. They note that this is a new procedure where applicants must accept terms that clarify their situation regarding previous stays.
He has simply misunderstood it slightly, and I’ve already replied to him. This is a new routine pop-up notice that everyone now gets, and you can simply proceed by pushing "accept". Nothing to do with previous history or stamps.
There's a question on the e-visa application that asks for proof of current location. An exit stamp is not proof of location. Proof of location is where you are at, not where you are not.
