What supporting documents are needed for a workcation application in Thailand?

Hi everyone,

For those who’ve applied for workcation recently, could I ask a quick question about the supporting documents?

Did you include a cover letter, a portfolio letter, and a financial letter, or is that too much? Are all three necessary, or is there anything else I should include to be safe?

Also, for the 500K financial proof, is it okay to submit both a bank statement and a screenshot showing the balance from my mobile banking app? Just want to make sure that combination is acceptable.

Thanks so much in advance for your help!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the necessary supporting documents for a workcation application, specifically asking if a cover letter, portfolio letter, and financial letter are required, as well as clarification on acceptable financial proof. Comments suggest that a cover letter may not be needed, but including multiple bank statements and pay slips may strengthen the application.

I provided a cover letter along with bank docs, portfolio docs to support my work claim. There was a limit on how many docs I could add so I basically provided a list of what I was doing. You won't be dinged if you provide more than needed but you may be if you provide less.

For soft power no cover letter needed.

Submit 6 months of bank statements and 6 months pay slips if you can but 3 months is bare minimum
