Hi guys! How do you submit bank statements, complete files or with unnecessary pages removed? I need to provide statements from two banks. Each statement typically includes 2-3 pages with balances and transactions and 2-3 pages of general information. Would it be acceptable to remove those extra pages to reduce file size, or better add them as is?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around submitting bank statements for visa applications in Thailand. It emphasizes that the statements should clearly display the bank's name, the applicant's full name, and the current balance. Different embassies may have specific requirements, with some only needing a recent balance while others may require historical balances from the past 3 to 6 months. Users suggest combining all pages into one PDF and compressing the file to manage size, and one commenter mentions the option of redacting individual transaction details.
The bank statements need to clearly show the banks name, your full name and the respective balance. For some embassies, one recent balance is enough - other embassies add their own rules to the DTV law and demand balances from the past 3 to 6 months. As for individual transactions: I personally redacted them - none of their business how I spend my money or who I send it to.
