I applied for the DTV for WorkCation as a remote worker Employee. I work from home for a company and get paid bi-weekly. I originally submitted, employee contract with stated permission to work in thailand, as well as my bank statements.
i applied a couple weeks ago and just received my first email back from them and it states they want resume and professional portfolio.
Since i applied as an employee. How should I go about this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeking advice on their DTV visa application for remote work in Thailand received feedback requesting a resume and professional portfolio. Commenters recommended including a well-structured resume with a professional photo, a link to their LinkedIn profile or personal website, and relevant information about their employer, including business registration. Additionally, a detailed portfolio should showcase their online work, outlining tasks performed, company remote policies, client appreciation emails, and a supportive letter from the employer.
1. Attach your resume with a professional photo and a brief explanation of the work you do.
2. Consider sharing a screenshot of your LinkedIn profile or a link to your personal website, if you have one.
3: Also I’d recommend including a link to the company you work for and also the business registration number on a separate page to be on the safe side.
These are the exact steps I used to get approved as an employee, so I’m speaking from personal experience—they work!
Portfolio is basically to demonstrate in more detail your online work. I included an outline of what wo/tasks are done online, company remote work policy, emails of appreciation from clients, company background, website links, letter from employer that i work remotely and they support my DTV application etc.
