I’m a bit clueless- if you test negative at your Bangkok SHA+ hotel on the test and go scheme - can you then fly to Koh Samui or Phuket freely and stay anywhere you like?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, if you test negative at your Bangkok SHA+ hotel under the 'Test and Go' scheme, you can travel freely to Koh Samui or Phuket. However, you should ensure that your travel companions have also tested negative and be aware of any local restrictions that might apply.

Get a Trip with NASA to the Moon - Because there's less Bureacracy, less paperwork, It takes only a week to fill the paperwork, The NASA site works, there's more transparency, and it's cheaper to go to the Moon..... Yeahh - I'm going to Bangkok on Wednesday from London, then up to Khon Kaen to be reunited with my Wife and 2 Boys after 18 months - If I had Known there was so many hoops to jump through I would have booked the Moon...... but we all love Thailand, and when this all blows over, there will be many lessons to be learned - :-)

Just make sure if your doing your internal flight you have you negative test results on phone or paper as you will need them for the flight

Yes you can. There may be some local restrictions depending on where you are headed, but generally that may only be a quick antigen test.

Yes , if negative then free to go anywhere in Thailand, but also only if person next to you on the plane is negative too after the 1 day at SHA+ hotel.
