Just a heads up, doing the 1 night quarantine. arrived in Phuket Monday 7.00pm had the COVID test at the airport & they give you a brochure with a QR code to scan and put your details (passport, email ect) they tell you when the results are ready they will email you with the results, sounds good same as we do in Australia. Next day waiting waiting, rang reception after lunch, they told me it was confirmed by the night shift that anyone coming to the hotel last night is negative. There is no email, spoke to a few other people same thing. Make sure you call reception for confirmation, as I wasted 1/2 a day.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arriving in Phuket for a 1-night quarantine, travelers undergo a COVID test at the airport. A QR code is provided to check test results, which are expected to arrive via email. However, it's advisable to call hotel reception for confirmation, as many have experienced delays in receiving their results. Reports indicate that confirmations about negative results were communicated through hotel reception instead of email.
your right I just re scan it and it takes you thru, I should take more notice and read the whole lot more carefully, in to much of a rush. Thank again ๐
