Answer summary
The user is experiencing issues with the payment tab being greyed out in their Thailand visa application process after uploading all required documents. Comments from other users suggest that the issue might be resolved by checking a checkbox on the left side of the payment section, which activates the payment button. Additionally, it was noted that no confirmation is needed from the embassy to proceed with the payment.
