Issa compass. I don't recommend this company's service. I uploaded all the documents they requested. They approved it all, then i paid in 8 jan. They kept delaying the application by asking some stupid and repetitive questions that's i answered before. They started the application in 13 jan. Now it is 28 jan (more than 2 weeks). i sent them a message in 27 jan, they said that the embassy didn't replied yet. In 28 jan i sent them again telling them that i have a flight in 31 jan, and i need to extend my visa here in bali. They replied that the embassy told them to upload all pages of my passport (even if it's blank) and the same with my old passport which i don't have. I will keep you updated what will happen next.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expressed frustration over the delayed visa application process with Issa Compass, highlighting repeated requests for the same documents and questions. Despite submitting all required documents and making payment, the application started two weeks late. As of January 28, the application still awaited the embassy's response, with the user facing a looming flight deadline. Comments from the community reflected shared experiences and advice regarding typical application times and issues with the visa service.
I also used Issa compass and wouldn’t recommend them. The application took much longer than it should have when ISSA kept asking me the same questions and asking me for the same documents I’d already sent them weeks earlier. My friend did his visa at the same time and was finished one week before me
Doesn't sound too out of line and the visa company has no control over how long the embassy will take to come to a decision on your application. Also, can you not look into your application account on your own? You don't have access to it and have to keep asking them?
