Hi guys, some help needed 🙏

I booked my flight into Thailand via bookingdotcom and have been asked for further documents in my application, but they have asked for my e-ticket downloaded from the airline website not an agency. How is it possible for me to do this when I booked the flight via bookingdotcom?

I’ve also been asked to provide a consent letter to say I will stay in the UK until visa is accepted. How is best to create and present this consent letter?

Keep in mind that even if you book through an agency, the agency is not who actually issues the flight &ticket. They're just the middleman for booking. Regardless you have to get your actual ticket through the airline itself. So as many people have mentioned here, go to the airline site or customer service directly 4 e-tickets.

Then just cancel it and book new flight as embassy likes to see.

In case you foresee a risk that changes or cancellation might be necessary always book directly at the airline.

Most ticket sellers have a very bad service when you really need them.

I got the feeling your actual flight will depart way too early and they won't give you the visa by the time of departure. I guess they want you book/reschedule your flight and buy that directly from the airline website. PS: some airlines might let you download their ticket even you bought it from a 3rd party site but some others won't, stating that whatever you need then you have to deal with the website you bought the tickets from

Make sure your flight confirmation is downloaded directly from the airline’s website (PDF, not a screenshot or booking agent). Provide letter/address showing you’ll remain in the UK/Ireland until the visa is approved. Double-check everything before uploading and you should be fine.
