Answer summary
A user is experiencing issues with their tourist visa payment showing as pending despite multiple attempts using different cards. Commenters suggest various solutions such as using Google Chrome, trying a Visa debit card instead of a credit card, ensuring that there is no VPN in use, and checking with the bank for potential security flags on the transaction. Clearing browser cache and trying again with different payment methods is also recommended.

Use Google Chrome and if your bank doesn’t accept it, it’s that they might think it’s fraudulent. Try another card if you have one.
The way I used a Visa card to purchase an Esim and account for my mobile with AIS in Australia, was with a Revulot account Visa card, where Aus$ were already converted to thb in the app at the best rate with no fees. This should work with an e-visa payment as well and will be like a tap and go debit card that worked at 7-ELEVEN and other stores and bars.
Went through the same experience with a Visa credit card. Bank said the transaction did not pass security protocols. Bank employee recommended I try a debit card with a Visa logo. This worked. Since then I have only used my Visa Debit card on the E-Visa site. Also, the transaction goes through a bank in Hong Kong.
