QUESTION REGARDING INFORMATION REQUESTED

“(Consent letter to acknowledge that you will remain in UK/Ireland until visa processing done before travel out . Rescheduled E-Ticket and/or interview may asked. Processing time is taken within 15 working days or longer after all request submitted )”

How would I go about getting this? Also what happens if I apply from the uk but am now in a different county eg Germany, can I fly straight from Germany to Thailand or do I have to return to the uk first and then fly to Thailand?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry addresses obtaining a consent letter to remain in the UK or Ireland until visa processing is complete, while also questioning what to do if currently in Germany after applying from the UK. Some commenters mention the rarity of traveling to Thailand after applying in another country and suggest contacting the embassy for specific guidelines.

I seen a couple instances where an applicant applied in one country, visited another during processing, and then went on to Thailand after approval. But these circumstances are rare and Embassy dependent. You would need to ask your particular Embassy which is processing the Visa if they will allow it. Think of it this way, in the old days you would have handed in your passport and wouldn't be able to travel. The consent declaration makes it pretty clear that they don't want you to leave the country, it's 10,000 baht you'll risk.
