What should I do if I receive a message saying there is no Royal Thai Embassy in Hanoi while applying for a visa?

All right I'm ready to apply for my Visa, currently in Hanoi. I started my application, but this keeps coming up as soon as I sign in. I'm pretty sure this was the correct information for the embassy but it keeps saying there is no Royal Thai embassy Hanoi.

Can someone please help me with this, is this correct, I'm on the Chrome desktop and I can't change it. They do not give me any options to change location.

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing a message that indicates there is no Royal Thai Embassy in Hanoi while attempting to apply for a visa online. They seek clarification on whether this is an error and express concern about being unable to change their location during the process. Commenters reassure the user that the message is a warning and as long as they selected the correct embassy location, they should proceed with the application.
