# Experience with DTV application @ Royal Thai Consulate-General, Frankfurt
Hey guys,
I also wanted to share my DTV application experience through the official Thai e-Visa website, submitted to the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Frankfurt to help people that may be in the same situation.
There are also some horror stories circulating here about Frankfurt that I can't confirm as true in my case.
About me: I started a business as a sole proprietor not even a year ago to earn money independently from my current job and the ultimate goal to move to Asia. I reduced hours at my employment in February to focus on increasing revenue for DTV.
I'm going to Korea in about a month and will arrive in Thailand about 2 months later after visiting Korea, Japan and China. I applied for DTV the earliest possible date.
