Hi Again, 

Last time I asked about the Non-B visa from Singapore

I am still confused about number of days required to apply and get the visa. Will it be same like in Vientiane? 

I am will be in Singapore on 20th. On 21st morning I will apply, and will I get the VISA the next day? Thank you for your help.
