ORIGINAL POSTERIm applying for DTV in Hanoi and it's not accepting my card information when going to pay for application. Contacted my bank no reports of fraud. reapplied 4 times and it still isn't going through. has anyone had the same issue?

ORIGINAL POSTER"Payment failed or cancelled" - message appearing over and over. Everything else is submitted. I've tried multiple cards from multiple banks, same error message. Anyone else had this issue and what did they do to resolve? I am in Hanoi.
