Answer summary
The post discusses issues encountered with the online 90-day reporting system in Thailand, particularly the inability to select a visa type leading to immediate rejections. Easiest option is to use a visa agent. Thai Visa Centre charge 500 THB for single reports or 375 baht for bulk ones. Reporting this way counts as an ‘in person’ report.
Have you left and re-entered the country since your first 90-day report? If so you are once again on your first report because it resets after each entry.
Most of people will need to redo it again in person since it may reset when you leave and back. Each first time after each entry is in person. Some managed to do it online but there are a few. It's probably office specific.
