What should I do if my non-B visa is about to expire and my work permit is delayed?

Hi everyone, a question about non-B.

I find a visa agency can provide 3+12 year non-B visa.

Now, I got 3 month visa normally, but there are some trouble on my work permit, they only tell me you should wait, wait, wait because you are Chinese, now My visa will exprie 10 days later, can anyone give me some advise?
