What if employer is not from applicants home country? As far as having the business certificate authorized/notarized. It would be from the business location/country and not the applicants. Any issues? Recommendations?

TLDR : Answer Summary
It's common for applicants to work for employers who are not based in their home country, especially among digital nomads. When applying for a Thai visa, you can submit your application to a Thai embassy outside of your home country, even if the business documents, such as the certificate, are notarized in the employer's country. Including your employment contract is recommended to clarify your work situation. Many individuals have successfully navigated similar circumstances without issues.

That's not unsual. My employer is NOT in my home country, and I submitted my application to a Thai embassy that's NOT in my home country. My bank account is NOT in my home country either. Got approved. That's being a real digital nomad.

My employer is not from my home country either. That's the beauty of being DN. Be sure to include contract, too

It is fine. Many people work for companies not registered in home country, especially DNs.
