TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the necessary information to qualify for a Thai visa, particularly if it needs to come from their employer. The responses suggest that while an employment contract or certificate may be necessary, the majority of the qualification depends on the individual's ability to satisfy the requirements independently. It's recommended to check with the Thai embassy for specific requirements.
still confused! I owned my own company In Oklahoma for 25 years! Just got a fully remote Job. I am getting mixed meassages. Really just asking for honest kind tesponses! Thank you in advance! The entire working remote for someone else rather than myself is a little confusing. So many different answers! ☹️
It says Employment contract or employment certificate, so I would guess so. Or if you are self employed evidence of your work/portfolio/contracts etc. as stated.

Look at the requirements only one of them has any employer requirement the rest is your responsibility to do of course.
If you can’t satisfy them then you’re not going to qualify regardless of number 5 unfortunately
