Our Airbnb has filed the tm30 at a different address and 3 days after we actually checked in. We need to files the 90 day report soon. The hosts told us to just put this alternative address and date on the tm47. What should we do?
We asked if they'll give it to us, even before booking, they said yes, but didn't mention anything about the "different" information

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Airbnb has mistakenly filed the TM30 registration with an incorrect address and 3 days after the actual check-in date, raising questions about how to proceed with the upcoming 90-day report. Community members advise that the key factor is simply having a TM30 in the system, regardless of the discrepancies. Several responses suggest that you can just report the address listed on the TM30, while concerns about legality and accuracy are also raised.

That would stress me out. I wouldn’t want to submit fraudulent information to the Thai government. Just because it is worked for some doesn’t mean it will work for all, but that is me. Not willing to gamble with my 5 year visa
I notice my land lord did the same , wrong address and check in date few days ago even i been there for months. I just put the info from tm30 paper and got my 90 report. Not my problem i guess
