What documentation do I need to include for my DTV visa application in Thailand?

Question

Hey, all! I am finishing my visa application (DTV) and am on the last page. Just had a few questions before I submit; 1 & 2 seem pretty straightforward. 3, are they asking for my current US address, like a bill addressed to me? Not sure what they’re askin’ for. 4; can this be my US account, or do I need a Thai banking account? I do have a Wise account, that I could transfer funds into, however I’d prefer to keep it in my US account. 5; I do have a letter from a Muay Thai gym, however, it is 6 photos, and the maximum picture size can be no larger than 3MB. I have a file compressor, but I’m not sure which of the 6 files to upload.
I leave on the 22nd, for Pattaya. Hope this is enough time.
Thanks in advance!

The poster is seeking clarification on several requirements for their DTV visa application, particularly regarding proof of their US address (whether to submit a bill or similar document), if they can use a US bank account for financial evidence instead of opening a Thai account, and how to manage the photo requirements for their gym acceptance letter. Several comments provide guidance on acceptable documents and tips for submitting the application.

You seem to be from New York... If you are lucky you will get your visa in time. I would not count on it though...

I used the LA office because that’s where I live. I hope you can use another office because they are probably swamped with problems from the fire…Thaitown was there….

For the address, I used the maps app with a blue dot of my house and my driver’s license next to it. I took a photo and sent that.

For the bank, I used a photo of my USA bank account..bank name, date, amount of money…taken from my computer. They did not accept a screen shot of my bank app.

For the class acceptance letter, either ask for a 1 page summary or put all 6 photos on 1 screen and take a photo of that.

They will often ask for more documents anyways after this initial set of information.

Surely if they ask for current US address, you send something with your current US address where you're living.
