Just got 1 year stamp for NO Marriage Visa via Cheng Wattana with my bkk address.

-What is my next step? Online or In person 90 day check in?

-for next year removal I am thinking of moving to Hua Hin. Does anyone know if NO Marriage visa renewals are any easier in HH? BKK was a lot of headache.

TLDR : Answer Summary
After receiving a 1-year NO Marriage Visa, the next step involves conducting a 90-day check-in, which can potentially be done online if you meet certain requirements, such as having a valid TM30. If you're considering moving to Hua Hin, it's advisable to check if visa renewals there are simpler compared to Bangkok, which has been noted as having a more complex process.

You are on a 12 month Extension of Stay (not a Visa) and you can try to do your online 90 day report from 15 days before the due date if you have a valid TM30. Sometimes (in some provinces) you can only do your first report in person but there is no harm in trying online first as, in person, you can report up to 7 days late.

I walked by the 90 days report office today and I certainly do not want ANY part of that mess. CW all together😁.

ok thank you. My apologies for the ignorance.

What is TM 30 = 90days report?

If not, do I need to change the TM 30 first with bkk(CW) to show my new Hua Hin address? Can this be done online?

Then, for my first upcoming 90 days report, I should go into bluport office in Hua Hin 15 days prior to 90 days report date to file a 90 days report?

A TM30 is a registration of a foreigner staying at an address completed by your hotel or landlord. You cannot use Immigration services (normally) unless your latest TM30 is registered with that Office (or they will fine you 800B or 1600B for not registering).
