TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out the online 90-day report, you should use the expiration date of your current stay, which could be your current extension of stay or the expiration date of your entry stamp from the original OA visa, depending on your current status. Note that the field is not mandatory as indicated by the absence of a red asterisk.

You can see that’s it’s not a “required” field as there is no red asterisk next to it.

the expiration date of your current entry stamp of you're on an entry from the original OA visa

OR

the expiration date of your current extension of stay that you got from the immigration office (if you're on a yearly extension)
