Report about getting from KL to Bangkok.
Had a flight with AirAsia at 13.15, had health certificates and insurance with 100000$ covid19 coverage.
After landing in Bangkok headed to check point but non of the foreign residents were allowed to enter Thailand, they checked all the paperwork but still escorted us back on the same plane without proper explanation.
The representative of AirAsia in Bangkok said that we have no choice but to travel back to KL and that AirAsia will make sure we will not have any problems entering back to Malaysia.
On arrival we were told we can't enter Malaysia (as expected). We also can't board on any other flight until the 2nd of April. After 3 hours I've realised it isn't a joke. AirAsia representatives are outside after the immigration checkpoint so we can't reach them. They just cancelled all the flights, so ours was the last one, I guess.
Btw I hold non B, had re-entry.
For the next 2 weeks me and my 9 years old son and a group of Polish people who were on the same flight have to spend on the airport floor in Malaysia, they say we have no other options. There are a few other people sleeping on the floors around, the same situation I guess.
We will try to contact the embassy but the Russian embassy in KL is closed until Wednesday.
Also AirAsia Bangkok didn't return our health certificates and insurance.
Any advices?
